Remembering Dr Mohammad Ali Mubarak Kisubi

The International Fund mourns the lack of Dr Mohammad Ali Mubarak Kisubi, an ethics professional who served as an impartial member of the Ethics and Governance Committee of the International Fund Board. Dr. Kisubi handed away in Kampala, Uganda, on 26 September 2023.
To the Ethics and Governance Committee, Dr. Kisubi introduced a deep wealth of expertise and experience, having established ethics features at varied organizations together with the African Improvement Financial institution and the African Union. He was an internationally acclaimed professional in ethics-related good follow, program design and analysis. The International Fund was privileged to learn from his in depth data, expertise and knowledge and acknowledges his important contributions to the partnership, and the development of ethics throughout world growth organizations all through his lengthy profession.
Dr. Kisubi was an instance of an unwavering dedication to the mission of our partnership. He continued to take part absolutely within the work of the Ethics and Governance Committee all through his sickness, and his energy, braveness and dedication had been inspiring to us all. Colleagues had been touched by his calm method, his selflessness, his generosity and his humility. His presence and contribution might be profoundly missed.
We honor his service to our partnership and prolong our heartfelt condolences and deepest sympathy to his household, buddies and colleagues.
